
Keto Spinach and Mushroom Omelette Wrap
A low-carb, protein-packed breakfast wrap made with a fluffy omelette, sautéed spinach, and mushrooms. Perfect for keto-friendly mornings!

- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into the same pan, cook over medium heat until mostly set.
- Place sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and cheese on one half of the omelette. Fold the omelette over to form a wrap.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts and serve hot.
Notes
You can add avocado slices or bacon for extra flavor. For a spicier kick, sprinkle some chili flakes inside the wrap.
