Ingredients
  

Fat Bomb Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or keto sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Flavors
  • lemon zest for a citrus cheesecake flavor
  • crushed strawberries for a fruity twist

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Scrape the mixture into a piping bag or spoon into silicone molds or a mini muffin tin.
  3. Chill in the freezer for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. Pop out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
