- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and garlic until beef is browned and onion softened. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
- Top with half of the shredded cheddar. Bake for 20 minutes, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Continue baking 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with pickles, lettuce, or tomato if desired.
