
Parmesan-Crusted Zucchini Fries with Dipping Sauce
Crunchy zucchini fries coated in Parmesan and almond flour, baked until golden, and served with a creamy low-carb dipping sauce.

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, whisk eggs. In another, mix Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip zucchini sticks into egg, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Serve zucchini fries hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, place fries under the broiler for the last 2 minutes of baking. They’re also delicious with a marinara dipping sauce.
