Seed Crackers

100g mixed seeds
50g linseeds
50g sesame seeds
2tbsp chia seeds
X2 eggs
50g butter melted


Empty the mixed seeds, linseeds and sesame seeds into a bowl. In a pan melt the butter and then crack in two eggs and mix together in a bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and then stir in the chia seeds. Mix all the ingredients together. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture onto the tray. Spread evenly so the mixture is evenly distributed. Place the baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180◦C and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before cutting. Once cooled cut the crackers into the desired size. Store in an air tight container.
