Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1/2 avocado ripe, diced
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt plain
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Assembly
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce washed and separated
  • fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, diced avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Place romaine lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
  3. Spoon the tuna avocado salad evenly onto each lettuce leaf.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, add diced celery or cucumber to the tuna salad. You can also swap Greek yogurt for mayonnaise if preferred.
