- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Wrap small bundles of asparagus (3–4 stalks each) with bacon slices.
- In a skillet, sear bacon-wrapped asparagus for 2–3 minutes until partially cooked. Transfer to the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour egg mixture over bacon-wrapped asparagus and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for a quick breakfast or brunch. Try swapping cheddar for mozzarella or gouda for variety.
