- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine riced cauliflower, mozzarella, and beaten egg. Press into a pizza shape on the baking sheet.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Remove from oven. Top with eggs, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes until eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your healthy breakfast pizza!
Notes
You can add other vegetables like mushrooms or cherry tomatoes. For extra flavor, sprinkle some feta cheese or fresh herbs on top.
