- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.
- Add butter to the skillet, then sauté Brussels sprouts cut-side down for 5–7 minutes until golden and slightly tender.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the sprouts.
- Stir in the crispy bacon and cook for another minute to combine.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or top with shredded mozzarella before serving. Perfect as a side to steak, chicken, or fish.
