Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven and garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
These cauliflower bites make an excellent keto appetizer or side dish. For extra crispiness, broil the last 2 minutes. Serve with ranch or marinara dipping sauce.
