- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Steam or lightly sauté broccoli until tender but crisp.
- Melt butter and lemon juice together, drizzle over shrimp and broccoli.
- Serve warm in a bowl. Garnish with lemon wedges or chili flakes if desired.
Notes
