Method
- Place avocados, cocoa powder, sweetener, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer mousse into serving glasses or bowls. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Top with sugar-free whipped cream, shaved dark chocolate, or fresh raspberries if desired.
Notes
This mousse can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of nut butter or espresso powder.
