  • 12 oz sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce while cooking. Serve with cauliflower mash or a side salad for a complete keto meal.
