Ingredients
  

Roll-Ups
  • 4 oz smoked salmon slices
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sticks thinly sliced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Lay smoked salmon slices flat on a cutting board.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over each slice of salmon.
  3. Sprinkle with dill, chives, and black pepper.
  4. Place cucumber sticks at one end and roll salmon tightly around them.
  5. Slice into bite-sized pieces or serve as whole rolls. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. They make a great party appetizer or light keto breakfast.
