- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and place them in a large mixing bowl with chopped romaine lettuce.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the zoodles and lettuce. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Top with extra Parmesan cheese and sliced grilled chicken if using.
- Serve immediately for a crisp texture, or chill for 10 minutes before serving for a refreshing twist.
Notes
For extra crunch, add toasted almonds or crispy bacon bits. To keep it vegetarian, skip the chicken and Worcestershire sauce (replace with soy sauce or coconut aminos).
